Don at Old Virginia Woodworking did an EXCELLENT job stripping layers of paint from our 100+year old doors and refinishing them back into their natural, orignial look. He was extremely professional and communicative throughout the process and I cannot recommend him high enough. He is a true craftsman of the woodworking trade and I assure you after visiting his shop, he can undertake any woordworking job one might have!! I was very pleased with the results of my repair project. A door broke off of my end table (the pin broke) and Don was able to remove the broken piece of the pin and build new ones. Very happy with the results!

Don repaired and refinished a 65-year-old dining table that had chips, cuts, and uneven finish. I can now display the table in my home without a tablecloth covering it! Don was also easy to work with and contact. There were no unexpected additional costs or delays. Thank you, Don!
