My antiques were SHATTERED in a recent move. The china cabinet couldn't even "stand." (It had to be placed upside down. So, not only were my antiques unusable, I thought their value was gone. HOWEVER, within a short period of time, understanding, and EXPERTISE my antiques are now home. You cannot even tell anything was ever wrong with them! I HIGHLY recommend OLD VIRGINIA WOODWORKING. Five stars is not enough. I give them 100 stars or even more. Thank you, OLD VIRGINIA WOODWORKING. I cried when I saw their work (and hugged the woodworker). P.S. NEVER use Nationwide Movers or Jackson Movers.

I can't recommend Old Virginia Woodworking enough! Quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, and excellent customer service! I am renovating an old 1904 schoolhouse, and wanted a telephone niche made, like the old Sears Roebuck houses had. I talked with Don, sent some pictures of what I was looking for, he came up with the design, and the finished product is gorgeous! Just what I was looking for! I am thrilled with the finished niche! Don takes the art of woodworking very seriously, and his work is flawless! Highly recommend!

I recently moved to Tennessee and in the process of moving, somehow one of the legs on my buffet broke right off! I was heartbroken to think it was destroyed and unusable. Found Don online and was quickly gotten in and repaired like new! Just a few days and he was done, even though I know he had other projects he was working on. I'm very happy to have been able to put it to use again! Great work and very pleasant to deal with!

I was more than pleased with my restored cedar chest. It was in terrible shape and thought I would have to throw it away. It is beautiful now and everyone that comes in my home comments on it.

We have a pine coffee table that was damaged by a decoration that caught fire and burned a portion of the top of the table. We had heard good things about Old Virginia Woodworking, so we contacted Don and took the table to him to evaluate. After thinking about it a few days, we authorized the repair/restoration. Don did a wonderful job on the two pieces brought to him. The pie safe (pictured) needed some major TLC and Don came through with flying colors. It looks great for a piece from 1720!
