We confidently design and build very large tables and doors to meet your needs. We use traditional hardwoods as well as African Sapele which has proven to be a rich looking wood with the durability of white oak. We offer additional features such as custom insets which will highlight your project as genuinely handmade and completely unique.

I was very pleased with the results of my repair project. A door broke off of my end table (the pin broke) and Don was able to remove the broken piece of the pin and build new ones. Very happy with the results!

Wanted to share my wonderful blessing with everyone. My 90-yr old Mom was thrilled with the color and workmanship of the transformation done to her 40-yr old captains chairs for her kitchen set. My antiques were SHATTERED in a recent move. The china cabinet couldn't even "stand." (It had to be placed upside down. So, not only were my antiques unusable, I thought their value was gone. HOWEVER, within a short period of time, understanding, and EXPERTISE my antiques are now home. You cannot even tell anything was ever wrong with them! I HIGHLY recommend OLD VIRGINIA WOODWORKING. Five stars is not enough. I give them 100 stars or even more. Thank you, OLD VIRGINIA WOODWORKING. I cried when I saw their work (and hugged the woodworker). P.S. NEVER use Nationwide Movers or Jackson Movers.

I am so pleased with the excellent outcome for a treasured table that belonged to my grandmother. The table has been in my family for over 50 years. The repairs and refinishing makes the table look brand new.

I had 2 furniture pieces that had damage. My table had a tackiness from when it was moved mid summer from OK. My cedar chest had damage to veneer and water damage to the side. You would never know they had damage! So pleased with the workmanship

Don at Old Virginia Woodworking did an EXCELLENT job stripping layers of paint from our 100+year old doors and refinishing them back into their natural, orignial look. He was extremely professional and communicative throughout the process and I cannot recommend him high enough. He is a true craftsman of the woodworking trade and I assure you after visiting his shop, he can undertake any woordworking job one might have!!
